Elliott's homecoming!

We picked Elliott up from the hospital today and brought him home. We're hoping his brother leaving will be incentive for Simon to eat more so he can come home. Elliott is currently sleeping in his car seat in the living room since we didn't want to wake him when we got home. He'll be waking up soon to eat or we'll wake him up so we can make sure he is getting enough food. Here are a few pictures from today. We're so excited to have him home but even more excited and interested is Caleb. Anytime he hears a little grunt from Elliott he goes up and tries to see what's going on. The car seat is sitting in the stroller so Caleb can't get to him.

Big brother holding Elliott for the first time.

He was whispering in Elliott's ear. He told me he was saying go to sleep.

My favorite picture, until we get all three boys together that is.

Simon just hanging out. He ate well for Matt and has been doing a great job at gaining weight.

Elliott in his too big car seat. That is as tight as the straps would go. As a NICU nurse I'm appalled but I'm hoping he grows very quickly.

Daddy and big brother carrying the car seat.

Jonah has a history of giving babies things to eat. We've constantly reiterated he cannot do that. On the way home he was sticking his fingers in Elliott's mouth.
